     Title: 65th Annual Walter Brown Award
Joe Gambardella of UMass-Lowell has been named winner of the 65th annual Walter Brown Award, which goes to the best American-born Division I college hockey player in New England.

The Walter Brown Award is the oldest nationally recognized college hockey accolade in the United States. Gambardella is the first UML player to recive the award. He edged out Northeastern's Zach Aston-Reese and New Hamshire's Tyler Kelleher in the final voting. For the full text of the press release, click here.
